Barclay Management Group, LLC. (BMG), provides hotel development and management services for investment groups. The company was established in 1983 as a division of Barclay, Ltd. Developments and Construction, Inc. of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

BMG provides fee-based services to its’ investor clients. These services range from technical assistance during the development process, pre-opening activities such as personal property, contract negotiations, staffing, training and post-opening management, marketing and daily operations.

BMG has assisted in the development and operation of over 28 properties in the past 21 years.  The company has successfully operated properties in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.  BMG franchise partners include Super 8 Motels, Days Inn, Baymont Inn, Ramada Ltd., Fairfield Inn, Hawthorn Inn, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn.  Presently we are engaged in developments with Holiday Inn and Fairfield Inn located in Wisconsin and Florida.  The company currently has seven hotels under contract.
