The Management Team

Walter Dowd, CHA, President and partner of Barclay Management Group is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.  He has served as a project planner in Seattle, Washington and five years as the Assistant Director of Planning for the City of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

He spent four years as a Real Estate Manager and Broker before joining the organization in 1982.  Since 1983 he has helped lead Barclay into the hospitality industry.  He holds designation as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), and has been licensed as a real estate broker with the State of Minnesota.

Robert Meisinger, CHA, Operations Director of Barclay Management Group, has been with the company for the past 9 years.  He has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including all aspects of full and limited service hotel operations with InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott and Radisson.

 The staff also includes Three support employees that have backgrounds in accounting, marketing and advertising, procurement, risk management, and operations.
